All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is processed.

Payment
Payments must be completed via the available payment options. SUBTel reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders within the system's specified time frame.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are subject to the delivery address and the courier’s schedule. Delays caused by courier services are beyond SUBTel’s control; however, we will assist in resolving shipping issues when possible.

 
Return & Refund Policy
Returns or refunds are accepted for defective or incorrect items, provided a request is made within 10 days of receipt.
All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
